Blind Pick and Normal Que Unbalanced?

Hey all,

I have been checking the queue types of both blind and draft for SR, and have noticed lately that it takes no consideration of rank or skill level when matchmaking. Does this seem to be the case for anyone else? I have had multiple games bronze - diamond ranked players, and occasionally level 20's. I just find this odd due to Riot removing Dominion for saying one reason for removal is unbalanced queues. Anyways find it hard to enjoy blind or draft due to this. Ranked is fine go figure.

(Also note I have screenshots to show this data, and was not duo queued when this was done purely by myself not queued with anyone else.)

It seems mismatched because Normal MMR is completely separate from Ranked MMR; you can be Challenger Ranked but rarely play Normals and have Silver equivalent MMR there. It's rare that it'd be the other way around with a significant gap (such as a Diamond MMR Normals, but in Ranked you're Silver).
