The removal of static shiv
The item known as static shiv has 2 futures for it. 1 it is removed from the game entirely or 2, it is buffed in some way shape or form. The reason for this is that in comparison static does not hold its own against the other attack speed items mainly phantom dancer and RFC. Phantom with its damage reduction and RFC with its extra range just simply out class the static and its minimal wave clear that it provides.
