Instant lv 30 for smurf players

why should old players spend like weeks to reach lv 30 to start playing ranked games .. that's super annoying for everyone.. for new players getting their ass kicked from smurfs is like.. fck this game this so unfair.. and for old players who want to smurf just to know how did they really improve through the time, they have to spend so so so boring weeks to get lv30 to start that.. it's a loss situation for everyone .. really

so I think u can maybe make instant lv30 accounts for old player or something! idk please find a good solution RIOT much love.

They just need to provide access to ranked play at level 0 and let the player choose 3 characters of their choice on creation of the account. There's a reason Iron elo exists, if you are a noob and want to play ranked like an idiot then you will be ranked accordingly via placement matches
