you know how literally every tank except ekko and poppy (if you count her) is ridiculously old and suffers severe issues from being from an age of less mobility and no damage creep? It'd be nice if riot released a pure, return-to-form ap tank as a new champion. next to no damage, decent mobility, and more cc than cc's pizza. Once you do that, we can finally see what it takes to actually tank in this meta. Right now in terms of popular tanks we have malphite, poppy, ekko, and...that's it.

notice how 2 of those aren't really tanks?

and no, juggernauts are not tanks. they used to be fighters, but they took a rework in the knee. also, tanky assassins are not tanks, they're ~~ABOMINATIONS AGAINST ALL HUMAN DECENCY~~ effed up fighters

I'm pretty sure what he means is that he wants a Vangaurd/Warden Type Tank. Out of the last 15 champs, we've had 4 (Tahm Kench: Warden, Rek'sai: Vanguard, Mega Gnar: Vanguard, Braum: Warden).

Illaoi is a juggernaut (no matter how tanky she builds, her damage is ALWAYS relevant, And Kled is a Diving Fighter. Mini-Gnar is considered a Skirmisher/Marksmen by Riot.

So we're looking for something more closely resembling

Vanguard: Nautilus Rammus Amumu Gragas Malphite RekSai Sejuani Sion Skarner Leona Zac Warden: TahmKench Poppy Alistar Thresh Shen

as long as its skill shot cc I'm fine with it. point-and-click hard CC is a toxic mechanic in itself

Do you proof-read what you type? Malphite Poppy are Tanks(Role and Playstyle), Ekko is not a Tank; He is an Assassin(When an assassin goes off-role and builds like a tank, they're still not tanks).

What I have read, you don't know what a Tank is, especially when you kept calling an Assassin(a cancerous one at that) a Tank, then you went and contradicted yourself at the end of your post.

I actually like tanks with AD scalings. Like Sion and Poppy. I'd prefer another.

And I don't mean another juggernaut.
