An Easy Zac Buff

I'm not sure what the motivation was, but changing Zac's ultimate from a knock-up to a knock-back is what ruined him, for me. Simply reverting the change is the easy fix.

As a knock-up, this ultimate is insanely powerful for simple lockdown and damage while posing no threat of accidently knocking people in the wrong directions while trying to catch them.

I'd be very surprised if I was the first person to point this out. Nonetheless, while you are slingshotting into an enemy group, a knock-BACK poses much too much threat of knocking people in all sorts of incorrect directions.

As a knock up, this was a great tool for engage and general CC. I basically just repeated myself, but I am trying to be clear.

If the ult as a knock-up is too "easy," just compare it to the likes of Vi which is equally as "easy."
