Can we make people playing sub 30% w/r champions in solo duo punishable please

Literally had a miss fortune and a pyke bot lane. Miss fortune 0% w/r in 10 games with an over 23% w/r and a pyke with a flat 25% w/r. I would rather have someone calling me every curse word known to mankind and telling me to kill myself constantly and NOT be able to mute them, than deal with someone as braindead as those creatures. It's not fair and a complete waste of time. The game before I had a top laner go 0/5/0 first time vlad and rq.

I've been banned enough times for talking shit to the point where I dont care. If I deserve to get banned I deserve to get banned, cool. At least I dont troll or grief my team even if im raging on my keyboard. Get these morons off the damn game. Get rid of the 5 minute leave buster and make it 10 then straight to 20. Fuck these people.

Before people start commenting it, no I didn't get banned I havent actually done anything ban worthy or been punished in about a year. I do though, without a doubt understand the punishment system and want griefers and trolls punished. I dont care if they weren't trying to troll first timing a champion or trying to learn one they suck at in solo duo, they should be punished at the same level as flamers.
