I had 26/0/9 but only got an A and a key frag. Why didn't I get an S and a chest? I haven't received a chest with this champion yet.

Well u didnt get S. Thats why u didnt get chest. And u didnt get S because your CS was dreadful and you placed 3x less wards then you could/should have.
