Bard. His ult isn't even innately useful. It's way too situational, and more often than not, you'd be just as good doing something else even if it is helping for once. For how freaking inconsistent he is in general, his skills don't bring enough to the table to make up for it. He continues to be the ultimate troll champ.

Bard has one of the best ults in the game, there isn't a single support with an ultimate as versatile as his

He's probably a high-tier support in general because his kit is amazing

Agree with #2. #3 is tricky but sometimes painful. #1 is sort of lackluster, but on ARAM it lets you stack resists and tank tank everything with the shields. They have to be grouped for it though... Eve is just lackluster generally IMO. If she were good at all, her stealth would make her too good, so she has to suck.

irelia and urgot are both insanly strong (though urgot is tricky to use).

and while all ultimates are somewhat strong... Aatrox might be the most useless, as it really doesn´t do a whole lot for a champ that just goes in to die a sec later anyway.

Irelias ult can be used to cleave through minion waves, and then dash through them Yasuo style to catch up to an enemy.

Urgots good for 1v1s, there's more to it than just switching places(although that helps for tower dives) , it nerfs the enemies stats

Self cc's for a few seconds, average - strong ranged ult. Large visibile marker telling everyone who's being targeted, and which direction it's coming from. Amazing if you can catch a squishy with this right before a fight, otherwise a tank will just block it. Try to target a champion like Fizz? Nope. Yi? Nope. Vlad, Yasou, Sivir, Noc, Banshee's Veil, Bard, Ekko, Shaco, Tahm Kench. All can dodge the shot relatively easily, and completely waste an ult.

really maybe just a sivir and quinn but rek sai ult increases her attack speed making her strong plus it allows for some neat ganks or faster transportation to ur farm like a built in tp ... totally not biased since im in on the 5% of players that play her on a regular basis

Actually it's none of those champions, that post is bs.

Sivir's aoe team speed boost is basically a free talisman and is very strong as an engage/disengage tool. Quinn's ult gives her a very strong roaming tool (combined with homeguard, lets her rocket straight out of base) Rek'sai you basically mentioned the pros.

It probably does need to go to Evelynn.

There are a few ultimates that aren't going to be useful 80% of the time: Bard's is too inconsistent, SIvir's is only useful conditionally, Aatrox's doesn't help at all unless he's ahead.

But evelynn's isn't good in any situation. It is most "impactful" as an initiation in a 5v5 teamfight, on a stealth assassin, because outside of that scenario the shield may as well not exist. It does % current health damage, on a stealth assassin, and barely scales. The area is small, the CD is high, the mana is high, all for a 2 second slow. Mhm.
