All DC (disconnection) games should be thrown away and not counted as a loss or win for ranked games
in the title but the person that is the DC is the only one that gets a loss. and back to 0 lp as punishment

Why?
You have theoretically higher chances of getting afk in the enemy team(as long as you arent one yourself). So does every player. It statisticaly evens out, so it shouldnt hold you from climbing in long run.
What they should do, just like Dota, is to let you leave after your team mate is afk for X minutes. And we should also start punishing afks heavily(multiplied lp and mmr loses sounds fair).
This would make duos leave games and abuse the system. I don't think this would work well. Also the potential for toxicity for a teammate to just make no one get LP and waste time is way too high.
