A suggestion to make swain's E better

The current swain's E is really easy to dodge and play around making him very vulnerable if he misses his E, unlike the old swain who had the ability self peel using Q and W. i suggest giving swain the ability to re-activate his E during the travel time to pull it sooner making him able to defend himself against melee threats since swain is a champion who could be played in top lane. The new swain's E is could just be easily dodged by side stepping it and it's only the reliable CC he has. please consider this change

That'd be too much of a buff to be honest. I'm confident in saying that he's finde the way he is. He's already increased damage against melee's with his Q, giving him a near guaranteed CC against them would not only increase his overall power without any need but also make him another cancer opponent for any melee in the game.
