WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR STUPID RANKED QUE RITO!?!

Literally every single time I que up for a ranked game, my connection times out. I NEVER have this problem with any other mode other than ranked. I'm sick and tired of it taking my LP down and putting me in "time out" for 30 minutes. If it happened in every mode all the time I would totally understand that it's probably my internet but that's not the case at all. Does anybody else have this problem?

It sounds like you're a victim of unfortunate coincidence, not the client. Check out the stickies on the Help & Support board, and the Connection Troubleshooting Guide. I suggest running a ping while playing to establish a pattern of when your internet is going out.
