Poll and discussion for @RIOT to add in-game team voice chat

We all know that League of Legends is a team based game. I propose a poll to see how many players would like Riot to add in-game team voice chat into the game. This would involve no additional downloading of any programs or software, it would just be part of the game. If players don't want to talk or is being annoyed by someone, then they can hit the mute button, which will allow them not to hear that particular person anymore and can't see in-game writing for that person as well. Just like a normal mute would be. Playing with friends on Skype is so much easier to coordinate team fights or ganks. Of course we would still have pings for people without mics, but i think adding this option would me the game a lot more interesting. Whether it is to be successful at teamwork, or calling out people on their bad mistakes. This would also lower the rate that people die while typing. I think it'll be a lot more fun/interesting to talk to randoms and gain teamwork over voice chat. Also, you can add a report button for in-game voice chat, which would entitle a disciplinary action of (x) amount of days without using their voice chat privileges. So, come on people, vote to see what you would like and discuss reasonings.
