Taliyah's Wall

Why does Taliyah's wall get cut short by Yasuo's wall? And I asking reasoning behind it, not just a mechanical explanation because it's a projectile. It's a freakin' wall of stone yet a wind wall can block it. I know Yasuo's wall blocks a bullshit amount of projectiles already but god damn why even a stone wall?
