There is no "best" champion for anything.

Some burst junglers are (in no particular order):

Shaco Nidalee (somewhat) Kha'Zix Diana Evelynn (somewhat) Elise (somewhat) Rengar

While there isnt a best, my ~~bias~~ opinion for a very good jungler, is Elise! ( Elise ) While not the easiest jungler, she has good sustain in the jungle, she doesnt take very much damage in first clear(Can use spiderlings to tank, and it isnt a hard thing to do.) She can gank pre 6, and her ganks when done right usually results in a kill. She has many build paths, ranging from Full AP, to Full tank, to a mix of both! And her damage is always revelant because her Q in human form does Max Percent health damage and her Q in Spider form is an execute. I can go on and on! The only problems I have with her is her mana sustain in the jungle at early levels. Its a bit of a pain. Thanks for reading!

First of all the cost of a champion has absolutely NOTHING to do with their power. Secondly there is no "best" jungle. Thirdly, champions don't "ONE SHOT" unless so unbelievably fed that the enemy team is laughably under fed as a result of dying a lot. Even a fed Tryndamere needs 2 shots to kill most enemies. They utilize combos with their abilities to kill enemies quickly.

Now, do you even know what jungling is? Because I don't think you do. Anyone who knows anything about jungling would ask about clear times before asking about how to cheeseball an enemy.

Zac, Vi, and Elise are my personal favorites/safe picks. Elise might take a while to master if you don't often use her.

Zac doesn't really have burst unless you go AP, and at that point, he's so squishy he can't really live long enough for his intended purpose which is moreso his incredible CC potential. Elise is fairly difficult to be honest. Vi is fairly strong, but it's not instant burst, which is why I didn't list it.

Sure, but they are fairly difficult to learn and play and do well on. I'd suggest picking someone easier to learn first.

It's not all about burst though. These are my personal picks because their kits (in my opinion) are just good for ganking. I'm not the type of jungler who wants the kill for every gank. I just want the kill to be secured.

Zac Khazix these are 2 of the top tier junglers, and cost 6300 IP. Next patch, Ivern will be released for 7800 IP (His cost will go down to 6300 after a week)
