How to climb low tier (why toxic has its name)

Human nature is to resist good ideas with ego, its what we do. I have had people tell me having fun and using teamwork does not win games, when in reality. How else can you win? Why is the low elo tier like this? the ones who learn this lesson climb and then they become comfortable in their choices and become "confident gamers" based on their teamwork and individual skill. Why do i think this continues? lack of credible infomation. People are told gameplay is the key to climbing. So what does that mean? You have to get good enough to carry. But people have the skill make a bad play and someone who clearly doesnt have the moral fortitude to suceed in the match loses composure. Now someone who was sure of his decisions has been made into an insecure gamer. Insecurity ruins all chances of brilliant inspiration, until you overcome through perserverance. It is sad to say this often comes too late and all you are left with is confusion. "how did this happen?" "where did I go wrong?" You failed when you lost confidence in yourself. If you truly want to experience joy from a game you must be comfortable. We lose ourselves so deeply in the climb that we forget the game aspect of League of legends. No one joined this community expecting to become rich or famous. We came for the thrill of a challenge and for the love of gaming competitively agaisnt others to have a good time and make new friends. Our behavior has turned us into beast and our rank reflects our behavior. If you truly want to climb, be kinder to yourself and be kinder to your team. if everyone does it will boost the community and even if you lose. You ego wont block you from learning how you messed up (yes thats the true secret everytime you die and your angry it was your fault, you're mad at yourself. But, with 4 other people to blame your ego has many "better targets"). Now if you die and you did so for someone else, or for a purpose. You wont feel angry. You will feel justified. That means that you choice was good and thus rewarding with positive emotions. Dont run from you mistakes with toxic behavior. Own up to your flaws and grow. Or continue to blame others and remain where you are. Either way know that GGWP means Good game well played. That shouldnt sound bad when you see it. It shouldnt be empty words. GGWP should make you feel good everytime you see it. It should motivate you. If you see the words GGWP and you are not filled with joy and motivation, then you should re assess your reasons for playing.
