Drug potion in League

Drugs are like an Elixir but with negative effects later on. You can buy them after 10minutes for 1000G. Removals like Cleanse etc, cannot disable Drugs effects, so there is no turning back.

Negative effects like fear, blind, silence Positive effects like bonus ability power, armor, magic resistance, movement speed(ghost)

There is a few ideas:

1. Speed Drug You will gain bonus movement speed (+45% for 10sec), but you're blind..(10sec)
2. Strength Drug You will gain bonus armor and magic resist but after 15sec you will get fear or You will gain bonus armor and magic resist but you have a** silence** during this effect

Maybe too OP or maybe too BAD... What should I change. Let me know in the comments. Give your own ideas ;)
