[Crash] Random crashes since azir patch

My friends and I have been getting random crashes since the azir patch.

The cause is unknown but I can list the specifics: Game will freeze your character, but everyone else still moves, you get an infinite "Attempting to reconnect" to which you have to quit the game and hit the reconnect button. After hitting the reconnect button it will usually load to 100% then crash again to which we receive the message "Game has crashed, please reconnect". After repeating this process several times we will finally be able to load back in. However at this point several minutes has gone by. The crash is random, between 1 to 7 times per game and is most prevalent in the bot lane. This crash is not limited only to summoners rift but also happens in ARAM.

Please fix, I have seen this same issue posted not only on these forums but also on Reddit so i know this isn't just some isolated issue.
