Jayce... uh... "rework"?

Since the custom of Riot now is to give X changes to champion in a patch and forget him till the whole cycle is back again may we assume that that kind of... thing.. is all we are gonna get for Jayce for this decade?

Seeing the numbers this will just make Jayce struggle more to reach a point where he either faces armorless enemies or just try to backdoor with teleport.

This was just a way to tell us: "ok, no need to rank up your R key". If this is all the rework he gets I'm really disappointed. It's Mordekaiser's case all over again...

The Mordekaiser rework got aborted when they just decided. (this makes him too much like Garen, or something) And that was all spurred from needing a compensation for losing DFG. The real problem with that is, instead of generating a different iteration for an ability revamp, they just left him unfinished.

This being said, I don't think Jayce is in all that off a bad spot. While these changes do change his scaling, his core abilities are all intact. What I really think is Riot just had nothing to really make his Ult worth that much. I wonder if people were not leveling it at 6/11/16.

With time spans being different, Jayce was up for a rework too which started with Xypherous collecting feedback and exposing the changes on the forum like what Xelnath did for Xerath. The rework then was abbandoned too (for no apparent reason) and Jayce was left on the shelf.
