Why is Preseason so much harder? Did anyone else experience this?

So what exactly did happen? It's like a curse.. the day before season end i was chilling on my 50-55% winrate and since preseason started i am on a whopping 40% winrate.. after 20-30 games now. I mean.. there wasn't any reset now right? Cause i feel like the skill gap between players in my game is so big right now.. there are players that play like silver and players that could be high plat.. (My Division was Gold 1 at season-end).. and somehow at the time i am unlucky with matchmaking and get all those "more like silver" players.. Well I'm not a god and don't deserve to be higher at this point but right now i started dropping from one to the other day.. like a lever that switched from 50-55% to 40% in the night from seasonend to pre-season.

Literally same. I was P4 and dropped to G1, mainly due to trolls. Because people don't really care in pre season

I've noticed that, and I noticed my personal ability to impact the game went down at the same time. The more I play the better it is getting, as I get used to the new runes and new meta.

Just keep at it and things will even out.
