Bami's Cinder, Gromp (possibly a bug)

Just played a bot game with a teemo top, which was fine and all. He didn't feed but what he did do was first back buy a Bami's Cinder and sat next to gromp all game, constantly resetting gromps agro, while not take any damage due to teemos passive making him invisible. Gromp didn't attack him a single time and he was able to sit there all game due to bamis actually doing damage so that the afk alert/ kicker didn't activate. Normally I wouldn't think this was a big deal but getting free ip off abusing this in a bot game, which are already easy enough as is, is pretty low.
