@RITO Give me back my Viktor mang
Seriously though, Viktor has been hit time and again with nerfs because, what, he's a "safe" pick for the pros and his waveclear is apparently too strong. This, from the people that keep telling us they like playing to a champions strengths while also having areas they lack in. Viktor, in my opinion, had 2 things going for him above all else: his waveclear, which by no means is best-in-class (eyes on Anivia and Swain); and his teamfight potential, with numerous multi-hit/aoe spells- again, not the best in this way, but that's what he's got. As for weaknesses, he's low mobility, he's late game as f*** with the changes to the scaling on the Hex Core making him weaker 15/18 levels and only a tiny bit stronger at 16-18. Lategame, you heard me. In this snowbally, super-fast meta Viktor gets pushed off to the late game. His winrate is down to an abysmal 46.31%, according to Champion.gg now that Viktor doesn't have the strengths he had before. His damage has always been unreliable (practice the fk outta dat lazer or else) but in such a way that a devoted summoner can compete with it. His niche of mid-game power is a dream from summers past, and now his "strengths" are as strong as my pinky toe. With the utmost respect- what gives, Rito?
