How to stop getting demoted from first loss at 0 LP?

every time I get to 0 LP I get demoted from 1st loss and get knocked back to 75 LP since the beginning of this season, I have 45% WR now. it's very frustrating to get to 100LP and loose promos then go on a lose streak then get demoted at 0 LP because of silly teams. this happened so many times this season, every single time I lose a game on 0 LP I get demoted from the first loss..

how can I fix this? I know it's related to my MMR but this system makes it impossible for me to climb and is not rewarding for comebacks. I mean, I'm not a smurf and can't win 10 games in a raw that easily with this crappy matchmaking system and silver AFKs, inting, throwing..etc

There is no shield to prevent you from demoting unless you just reached a new division/rank. When you climb to a higher division and START with 0 lp, you can PLAY like 4-5 games with the shield. It doesn't really count how many times you lose but how many times you PLAY. It also doesn't care if you have 0 lp or 90 lp. Every game played in that division will take a game off of the demotion shield.

It is intended to be there for people who JUST promoted to a division and don't get immediately demoted from 1 bad game. It is actually a very forgiving system. It isn't intended to be a safety net after a demotion or a long loss streak. It doesn't wait for you to hit 0 lp THEN shield you. That would be whack. The shield starts the moment you enter a division and counts every game played including wins.

You need to work on your winrate. Maybe main an easier champ in your role you are best at to readjust your mmr and winrate.

Edit: also looking at op.gg pick one role and like 3 champs. Stick with just them and focus on making those champs and role better. You can always switch but make sure you are playing like 3 games or more with that same champ so you are familiar.
