Unfair gaming modes and ranks

I started playing league due to recommendation from my boyfriend of the time. I started playing Summoner's Rift, and if you notice old tickets from years past, heavy bullying is ever present on there. I suffer from PTSD from bullying trauma, and I play to have fun and avoid that. Even recently I gave normal one more chance and was called Homosexual for literally no reason. I choose to play ARAM because it has the LEAST amount of hate speech and complaining. I feel the skill levels are the same and in no way should effect my rank. I play just as hard, I don't understand being penalized for choosing a more healthy and less stressful game mode. Ranked and Summoner's Rift have been nothing but awful experiences from my four year old ticket to my recent playing now. It's not changed. This is horribly unfair just for a simple choice in which mode I play. Not to mention if you hover over your level five champion it doesn't state any specific mode for the tokens only the S rankings. I had no idea and it was terrible. Please consider this, I shouldn't be treated unfairly and not given my tokens just for suffering in other modes. Thank you.

This was part of a ticket I sent and they suggested that maybe the UNWRITTEN rule of anywhere on the game menu when hovering over a level five character -- Saying it had to be summoner's rift, or ranked. It ONLY stated you needed S grades.

In response to my ticket -- I was told to post here on the boards for further support so a change to this system could be made. They also stated that they mainly chose Summoner's rift for skill and intelligence which isn't fair, as it seems to me us who choose for healthy playing are somehow lesser? Please help. Please help me in this endeavor. Thank you.

Ha is random thought. Twisted treeline I understand but aram. In no ways am I saying I'm a good player but I've easily gotten an s on champs the first time I played them in aram and probably wouldn't even win lane with them on rift. How about just playing summoner's and muting everybody.

Counterexample: I've gotten S on champs the first time I played them on SR, and I'm far from being a good player. Actually, I'm pretty sure the vast majority of my S ranks have been on SR just because it's so much easier to get an S there than in other modes.

Yeah, Mastery tokens should be available from other modes too. For instance, Riot has always stated that ranked represents serious competitive play while normals are more casual and laid-back. However, Riot also claims that ranked TT games don't have the "high competitive standard" required for Mastery tokens, yet normal SR games do. It's completely absurd and contradictory.

Furthermore, ARAM players are already penalized for owning more champs (See: ARAM-optimized accounts), so making champ shards be even more useless is ridiculous. Limiting Mastery tokens on basis of "current competitive standard" is ridiculous because it disincentives players from playing those modes and raising that standard. Denying tokens scoffs at players who put in the effort to "show dedication and skill."

Overall, having Champ Mastery tokens be locked to SR seems like a massively short-sighted decision. It makes absolutely no sense and just feels like Riot again trying to promote SR by undercutting the other game modes in League.
