Leave Buster And Skin Issue

hi,

i have been playing league since a year almost and its been going smooth until the new leave buster came. it is a good system but has many negatives.

1st of all i was playing a ranked game and suddenly it started showing me the attempting to reconnect thing so i left and reconnected and was punished for leaving and had to w8 20 min in a low priority queue which is extremely fair and admit that it was my mistake and somewhow got over it. Then today when i was playing as j4 my game crashed and i joined 7 min later and played and won and was still punished for w8ing 20 min. WHY??.

Then when i was in queue for normal draft w8ing for 20 min. when i finally found a game another person didnt respond so i had to w8 20 min without that queue counting as a low priority queue. That was horrible so i thought, ok lets try team builder but then i got kicked and again 20 min? gg plz fix this riot!!

Also my friend turretslayer007 another player had primetime draven skin which he got from a gift by 1 of his friend. some days ago the skin just wasnt there. He didnt refund draven, he even has proof of him using that skin and also the gifting history says so. the skin just isnt there now. I will tell him to post as well so plz look into this issue
