I want from game to game to ask someone something and i can't if they don't accept my request, by the time they accept it I forget everything.

To be honest I just wanna spam (poke) people Ezreal Nidalee Zoe we could create a group chose a random name and spam it with messages [zombie-brand-facepalm] On the other hand, it would be easier to permanently ban by email and ip together remove a player from the game? I have for example 3 accounts and I put them all on one email by changing, I used my friends acc to create them all...

Every time you block You remove so You never get to play with that person again, not only that acc. So people get rid of other people who You take for trolls or something like that

By bind accounts I mean Your account on EUW, EUNE, North America and also mains on it.
