Can we get some kind of tilt protection going on?

Everyone tilts sometimes. Me. You. When it happens, it's no fun for us or our teammates. I got into promos the other day and the very first game I got a tilted Blitzcrank from 00:00 on the clock. They then proceeded to make a really inadvisable attempt at making a play and he got burned and then continued to throw the game because he/she made a bad series of decisions. Then, they tilted out our mid lane and what was a winnable game snowballed very quickly into a loss.

There's need to be a tilt button where you can flag other players as tilted. Get enough flags, be locked out of ranked for a few hours. Have one tilted game but drop your tilt on the next? Lose your flags.
