Bannered players more likely to be on the same team

Idea is simple, after teams have been matched, the players with banners are put on the same team. Majority bannered teams are more likely to co-operate and not flame, giving them an advantage over non-bannered teams. This gives incentive for players to gain banners, improving player behaviour.
