Dynamic Que Flaw of Unfairness

Lately I have been seeing in ranked games whenever I have someone doing placements/unranked on my team the other team always always always is stacked in comparison by a whole ladder bracket and at times even two. I am currently in Silver 2 and when I get a placement on my team most of the time they are feeding for no reason making us lose. Sure i understand they are new and all but seriously have them play with bronze players since you will put them there anyways unless they go 10/10 in their placements. Whenever I get one of theses unpleasantness on my team I get team up with Silver 4 all the way down to Bronze 1 while the other team has 2 mid range silvers while the other 3 are Gold. Tired of seeing this I hope Riot can remedy this because this matchmaking isn't fair. It's a one sided slaughter while listening to the placement who is feeding being toxic most of game or refusing to communicate. So please fix this in your new patch because honestly its BS when the team game I am trying to play already chops my nutts off before I get into the Summoners Rift. Heck even take some ideas from Dota 2. They seem to be doing well at it and you guys have been out longer. Really missing Solo Q
