hate it when you get matched up with lower leveled team mates but the enemy team is your level?

Well,this thread isn't exactly QQ but im just here to ask for other peoples opinions on this particular topic,who else here hates it when you get matched with lower leveled team mates who end up feeding and what not because they are matched with enemies of your level,in my opinion this really ruins the game for me,and i end up wasting a good 20 mins for the surrender vote to be allowed
