Blood Lord Vladimir

I really think it's about to time to give blood lord Vladimir a visual rework, this looks about 5 years old (which it is) but for a legendary skin that doesn't ever have a color change or any big particle changes, it's sad that even in his recall he just stands. I love this skin (especially the E) because it feels powerful, but I just hate looking at myself recall. I don't think it's too hard to put just a little love on this skin so if anybody agrees - vote this up! Vladimir Vladimir Vladimir

Skins never get reworks outside of the champion getting a VGU. So Blood Lord will not get a rework until Vlad does. That said, Reav3 has a super soft spot for Vlad, so when Vlad does get his VGU, you can bet he will be given the most undivided attention.

Inb4 someone mentions Pulsefure Ezreal - That skin was modified before Ezreal's VGU because it's a $30 skin, and barely looked like it was a 1350 skin. It was a major exception to the rule since it was a product that was extremely far below Riot's current 3250 standards. Blood Lord is below the standards, yes, but so are countless other legendary skins like Gentleman Cho'Gath, Toboggan Corki, and others - they're relics from their old age, and they have generally been updated very well with VGUs, such as with Aetherwing Kayle, Gatemaster Galio, and NunuBot.

PF Ezreal was also reworked alongside the release of PF Caitlyn. As it was not only a soft reboot of the skinline, but a way to draw more attention to an upcoming product by updating an old one, so bringing up the quality was a win-win.

Give Vlad a full on rework instead, and dont make him any more overpowered.
