Better Top Laner to Master for Higher ELO: Fiora or Rumble?

So, I've been playing a lot of Fiora and Rumble lately and I'm enjoying them both. However, I'm beginning to wonder which out of the 2 is more worth my time as I wish to really get good at one of them. Basically what I'm asking is which champion, between Fiora and Rumble, is better/more useful/has a higher impact in higher ELO games when it comes to things like ability to help the team, control lanes, take objectives, snowball potential and influence teamfights. I know while you read this Rumble probably sticks out the most however I have had a lot of success with Fiora so don't want to drop her just yet. If you guys could give me any pros/cons of the 2 champions and some tips on game play it would be greatly appreciated.

These champs have 2 completely different playstyles (especially mid/lategame), The biggest difference is in 5v5, rumble is a far better teamfighter with his aoe damage, Equaizer for choke point control, and his ability to be a psuedo-front liner even putting out high damage/zoning w/ flamespitter> item 3157 .

Fiora on the other hand prefers smaller scale fights, top lane 2v2's w/ the junglers involved and is the "queen of the 1v1" with her strong single target damage, decent mobility and good defensive utility, and because of her strengths she wants to be in a side lane taking down turrets and inhibs creating map pressure and forcing the enemy team to respond.

I would say stick with both, they both have a fairly well defined role, rumble is a high damage Aoe AP bruiser who wants to teamfight around objectives, and would fit a lot better in a comp that wants to teamfight, and/or lacks ap damage, ex- Gragas jg Alistar support Tristana adc Lucian mid, rumble would compliment ali and gragas hard cc well with his slows and his high magic damage would compliment lucian and trists high physical damage.

Fiora on the other hand would fit better in a comp that wants to 1-3-1 and spread the map out to make picks rather than fighting 5v5 around objectives. For example Kassadin or Leblanc mid comps work well with her, putting the solo laners in the sidelanes so they can force at least 1 person to come answer them in that lane, and Fiora Leblanc all have the mobility to get outta there if more enemies are sent and waste the enemy team's time.

High Elo play is much more team play dependent than elsewhere, and because of that Rumble fits that bill better than Fiora.

Fiora still has greater carry potential and overall is stronger, but against a well coordinated team she struggles.

my vote goes to Fiora, for Rumble just always seems heavily reliant on what is meta at the time and what is not meta. While Fiora is a champion who can endure a multitude of metas.

I am a bad Silver. But my thoughts.

Rumble can splitpush but not the greatest. Rumble can teamfight. Rumble brings AP. AD mid is not common right now, but I just lost a game because AD top and mid. You will almost always have AD botlane, so having AP is nice.

Rumble can also "jungle."

How does Fiora deal with bramblevest? on an armor tank.

I don't like rumble. And he isn't seeing play right now. But I think he brings more to a team, although a god Fiora is still a god Fiora.

Fiora is still the strongest duelist in top lane, and overall is a better champ than Rumble in anything below Masters/Challenger.

The problem would just be, shes banned quite often.

Fiora wins by herself. Rumble makes his team win.

Both are heavy weighted uses. Really just depends on the competence of your team, and the comp ,on who would be better to play.

The damage from rumbles ult and proper placement can turn a team fight around completely. On the flip side if you can prob the heal on fioras, that can also turn it around too ( and idk if this matters but if you can get herald as fiora, her heal will heal herald as well). Fiora is definitely better in small skirmishes or 1v1s but rumble is better for team fights imo. I love rumbles kit so much too lol. I'd say it depends on the comp as well. For me it's been easier to win lane with rumble but that is just me.
