Just a few user-friendly thoughts for our RIOT overlords.

I don't really know if there is a specific forum for these kinds of things, but ohh well.

1. I was wondering if Riot plans to add the settings menu available outside of game, so that you don't have to afk for a few minutes while messing around with the configurations.
2. Also will the customization item builds be making a comeback in this new client in the near future?
3. Is it possible that we could fill the icons in the death recap overlay that are left blank? It seems like an unfinished product.
4. Could we change the champ select timers in ARAM and ARSR to match blind pick? It seems to mess a lot of people up when trying to set their runes and masteries when they think there is still another 12 seconds.
5. Will champ select skin purchases be making a comeback?
6. Would it be possible to add a feature to the practice tool that allowed you to spawn any enemy champ in game, and assign specific items to them?
