Normals matchmaking makes no sense

League matchmaking

How does this make any sense? It's not even fun to play in games this unbalanced. In a normal match made game. Is riot really this bad at writing algorithms?

People stop playing Norms in favour of nothing but Ranked, when they start playing Norms again after a while, they're still at the same MMR because Normal MMR and Ranked MMR aren't the same.

Any "fix" would defeat the purpose of having ranked and normals as separate queues.
