Because I won against people whom were grouped and reported me - I think it only takes 2 people. Am I wrong Riot? Does it take two??? This isn't the first time this has happened, its the 3rd and now I'm going to make a fucking stink of it.
RavenHusky6 votesUnless you queue dodged a game, the five minute wait to join the queue is a leaverbuster penalty. Not a tribunal penalty, Don't leave or afk in games if you can avoid it.

Could it be people whom were grouped reported me for leaving game and it enforced leaverbuster on me without justification? Is that possible?

I'm not sure how to get a late penalty, but this is hella weird and off the heels of someone yelling at me during a game, I thought it was related to him and his friend reporting me. But it was the very next game, BAM leaverbuster.
