Questions Regarding Confirmed Reports After a Loss

Recently in a ranked gold 3 game, I was unfortunate enough to get matched up with the player "Restless Kuu" this player began the ban phase by target banning my preferred champion Evelynn and proceeded to say "I banned your 1 trick feed now feed". This player followed up by inting in-game and harassing my teammates with a range of insults. Following this game, I reported him as so did my teammates and shortly after was notified in an instant feedback report that a player I reported (I'm guessing him) was banned. Regarding this, I can't help but ask. Will I ever be accommodated for this loss of lp in any way, and is there any way to report a player like this if I were to have dodged in champ select?

That is not what target banning is and no, no one is "accommodated" that way. It is unreasonable and most likely impossible to expect to be able to give LP based upon player created arguments as to why that should happen for them in whatever game, so everyone is treated equally and such exceptions, actions, and what not are not done.

I apologize that my initial explanation was so poor.

To begin I assume that when you say player created arguments you infer that I had somewhat of an involvement in this players reasoning for griefing. But to the contrary, his ban and hate messages were sent far before I had even typed a message. Additionally, I responded to the situation kindly and chose another champion. His actions were performed with no motivation I had an involvement with, I have never talked or played with this player before.

On a similar note, I asked about an accommodation purely based on the knowledge that this player had been most likely banned for his actions in my game and Riot has seen him as a griefing player. Furthermore, if it is true that every player should be treated "equally" I should not be punished for another player's trolling. And should get the exact amount of lp loss back. I see this similar to a remake in which it is counted as null as it is not your fault that a player has chosen to throw the game by disconnecting.

It would incentivise teams to gang up on and harass a fellow ally in hopes that they snap back and get hit with a chat ban.

It is impossible that you are so dull that you would assume that the majority of toxic behavior in league is motivated intentionally by teammates that have the goal of making a player "snap". Especially in the subject at hand ranked games it is idiotic to think that 4 players who don't know each other would all aim to sabotage their own game. Furthermore, even if you have a reason for being toxic like a teammate getting you mad, you should still be punished because you broke the rules and if by chance what they did to get you mad was against the rules WOW so will they.

It is more logical to think of punishments of these sorts similar to how punishments are issued to criminals in real life. Motivation rarely matters as there was a law in place and you knowingly broke it. This is especially acceptable to enforce in League as you are able to mute a teammate's chat and pings. Overall thinking in this 1% case is not ideal as it will end up hurting players that should be accommodated for the games in which they were stuck with a troll that was later confirmed as an offender.
