reduce restrictions on crafting or give the option to opt out completely.

"You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." lots of people see this every game and it is a slap in the face. riot needs to instead have it for the next five to ten times you would receive loot that it is blocked when facing disciplinary actions. or at least have the option to opt out of the system permanently. i have friends who quit playing because they were tired of every game slapping them in the face.
