Flex - Has Riot said they'll change it?

Hello,

I came all this way to talk about Flex matchmaking, many other already complaoned yet i could not find a statement from riot about it. It's clearly not working as intended right? So they will change it, right? Right?

I play mainly 3v3, finally there is ranked soloq and i tried to climb the ladder (I'm silver 2 now) So i got people who are platinum diamonds... Im on promo and riot thinks its a good idea to test their soloq silvers against platinum premade team. I am not complaining about them being too good or me being too bad, but its creating a horrendus environment. I mean no diamond wants a silver in his team on promo... So they know its broken right? Have they given any statements...
