Riot needs to do something about Dc's and AFK's!

This game is getting pretty frustrating. I know many of us, especially in the lower elo's, hate getting trolled what seems like every single game. It should not be a relief to not have someone on your team intentionally feeding, or AFK because that person is mad about who-knows-what. There should be a vote-to-kick system, because personally I'd rather play a 4v5 just knowing that the troll is gone. And maybe make it so that if both teams vote for it, one side can get loss prevented, but only if a player on their team was kicked. It is unfair for an entire team to lose LP due to the actions of one player.
