What the hell do I do with it? Whenever I wait for it to build, it never hits what i thought it would. Whenever I fire it early, it never goes far enough. I cant use it to slow enemies that are chasing my ally, or that are running away, and it doesn't deal enough damage to be relevant in combat.
90% of the time you should be casting it instantly to either peel or chase. you'll have to be pretty close since the range is small when instant, but janna's pretty speedy. queen of kite besides maybe karma
I like to use it to kind of zone.. It splits the enemies apart. I fire it between them at max charge, and if they have bad reaction, they'll either step in front of it or behind it, It's poke and it allows you to poke the enemies
