Buff Bard

When playing Bard you can tell the team at Riot has put a lot of thought into him, and enjoyed developing him. As my favorite champion it is humiliating when people laugh at me when i say it is Bard (Bae + Bard = Baerd). I think to do this you need to buff his health or armor and his q and w. I think his q should go through all targets and have longer range, and after 10 seconds on his e the heal should be more. If Bard still sees low play after some buffs, DONT STOP! Just keep buffing him until he is a serious champion.

Reasons For Riot:

1. He is going to be expensive for a while. The more viable he is the more money you earn
2. It shows that you spent alot of time on him dont let it go to waste
3. Balance is good for everyone

Reasons why players should want this:

1. More fun champions = a more fun game
2. Support and Jungle seem to lack in good champs more than the other roles
3. Balance is goo for everyone
