AKALI NERF

I don't understand riots logic, They do this all the time they design shit that is just destined to be Nerfed because its just insane then because the design team is FLAMED by the community they need to nerf the champion into unplayability instead of actually fixing the problem then eventually they will announce another rework because they fucked up the first one meanwhile the champion just doesn't get played between the nerf and the RE-REWORK.

That was the intention. To butcher her and to basically buff her into balance. Whether Riot's balancing team could do that is another question.

I seriously don't get how anyone that playtested her actually thought she was balanced enough to come to live as she did.

How was it a huge mistake? Her kit was clearly overtuned since her rework. There is no room in an assassins kit for sustain early game. Look at every single mid lane assassin none of them have any healing in their kit other than ekko's ult. All of the melee assassins have a difficult level 1-5 in lane. They can get poked out easily. They hit a huge powerspike once they hit 6 then sort of all in. Akali was the only assassin that bypassed a rough early laning phase. Waveclear with Q, Sustain with Q, No mana to worry about.

I must say I believe before the nerds she was op I'm a sup main and only play mid for fun I'm really not good mid and all the akali' I've faced I've betten them all and at lvl6 I have 3 kills and she is like only lvl4 and thas me playing nami mid I believe it is really unfair to nerf the mechanics of her shroud and increase the cooldown that's just dumb why not wait to see if shroud is still OP before increasing the cd on it was really in my opinion a stupid idea that was forced in by noob players that complain because they can't beat a experienced akali' with a camp the are starting to play. I also believe taking her heal away was too much, I mean nami kills her at lvl 2 and nami is a troll mid pick like who does that (me) I believe she should have some sustain because I mean she can be compared to zed he's passive makes farming easy he just have to run around and last hit while dodging skillshots while akali' is difficult to farm with cause she has less dmg and att speed so akali's mid last hits because they have to dodge skillshots and it canceles the animation she just can't fight mid anymore the mages abuse her why should yas have windwall and that dumb wind defence passive thing that protects him from range att's and have a dash to get away fast that has a low cd, not to mention the new crit items are broken on him but the don't need his defences wtf is up with that? 37% winrate shows you she is shit now... I don't even play her a lot but she was fun to play every now and again but I say fuck these stupid nerds they did the same to Sejuani in S7 and runed one of my favourite champs to a point where you can only jngl against a bloody suraka wtf is up with this nerfs it's like roit does not care about players and only on eSports and mainstream champs well I hate it why nerf her into the ground that is a really stupid idea Roit same happend to Sejuani and I'm still pissed about it you just forgot about her for a year and she still is underpowered but you don't nerf champs like you into the ground even though they are alike his q is like a bloody shroud but you can't cc the stupid champ in his q but it kills 3 champs while all he did was run and q why not nerf that shit??? __
