Lucian

[E]veryone, remember when they reworked Lucian's dash in [S]eason 5 so that he would be able to use it every 2-3 [S]econds? I'm sure that when that was live, it was absolutely [E]ntertaining to play with/against. Of course, Riot would [N]ever entertain the thought of allowing Lucian to exist in tha [C]learly broken state again, would they? Of course not, [E]veryone hated that champ in that state.

[R]iot, the amazing company as they are, quickly patched that [E]gregiously op dash because Lucian shouldn't be [A]llowed to dash every 2 seconds. You see, that would be [V]ery frustrating to play against. There's a certain [E]xpectation that mobility spells on marksman should be [R]easonably restricted.

*I don't really think Lucian is that busted, I just thought it would draw a few giggles.
