Issues with All Random URF

So, URF is all random again... Where were the good old days I could play ad akali, or ap shyv, or really whatever I wanted. Go into a game, try something stupid and maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. The point is however, that I could try what I wanted. Now, if I don't get a champ I want to play, the only option is to use a re-roll I get once every 3 games (2.5 to be exact) in hopes of rolling a champ I want to play. If I don't get something good, I'll have to play 3 more games w/o being able to re-roll champs just to get one re-roll I can use with the hope of playing a champ I like. Honestly Riot, the least you could do is allow people to make custom URF games where they can change the settings. The best you can do however, is make two types of URF, the Original URF and All Random URF so people can choose what they want to do.
