NERF FIZZ HARDER

For the love of god i've faced fizz to many times and cant take it anymore. Make him VULNERABLE when he uses his E ability please. All he does is roam dive tower press E and get the kill thats my only complaint about the game. Its utter bullshit and unbearable to play against.
