Azir Changes but not Heimer
As of now, Heimerdinger's turrets behave in many of the same faulty ways that Azir's minions did (strange repeat false attacks for example). If Azir gets a targetting/consistency upgrade to his minions shouldn't heimer turrets get fixed to behave consistently?
