So I was spectating my friend's game and I pressed "c" to see the extra stats on his champion, and as I looked through them, I saw "dodge" as a statistic. Everyone had 0%, but has Riot kept the mechanic of dodge chance accessible at any time, only disabled, or is this an error they wish to fix?
No, Riot just didn't remove it because they're hilariously lazy.
It may just be there for abilities like Jax's E and Shen's W.
I don't see why not, riot clearly doesn't care about rng anymore; aram feels more stilted than ever, and critical chance is everywhere.
I think it's just used for things like Teemo's blind.
Pretty sure that the dodge stat in spectator has always been there, regardless of whether it's in the game or not. Why would Riot care about removing it? It's just some text they haven't bothered removing because it makes no difference.
I don't see Tenacity anywhere.
Notice nobody had Mercs, nor would be willing to put any points into the Resolve tree.
there's still dodge runes on the PBE so perhaps that's why, they can't be bought in the shop but I still have them on my PBE account from the time they were
