Fiora Balanced?

Needs another rework to be honest. Awful kit to play against. Her only counterplay is to either to not engage or always bring 2-3 allies. It's almost impossible to escape from her, which would be fine if she couldn't easily disengage whenever a trade doesn't go in her favor (which is rare anyway).

Why? Do you think she needs a buff or nerf?
