Draven Ninja Nerf?

So I main Draven but over the last month or so I've been practicing other ADC's because Draven doesnt fit in the meta (imo). So I decided to play draven yesterday and i couldnt help but notice how weak i felt. I used to be able to 4-6 shot the squishy people when fed and now i find myself doubling the amount of axes it takes to down someone. Does anyone know if draven got a ninja nerf? I couldn't find anything in patch notes :/

Patch 4.20 increased base health by quit e bit = more hits to kill compared to S4.

I haven't been playing a lot lately, but I just played a game as draven and didn't notice anything different (Keep in mind this is only based on one game, but figured I'd give my limited input)
