Riot please fix ranked solo and duo queue s

I'm currently silver, I made it to gold but because of how ranked shenanigans go I was demoted back to silver. Too many times have I had players that are freshly lvl 30 get on my teams when the enemies get people that are in gold, play, etc. I miss the old days when if I played in silver I would only face silvers, but now I end up facing a Well coordinated team. Vs my team who tells me to eat a dick if I ask them to ward drag. I'm not saying this system is garbage all I'm saying is please for the love of bard please twerk it, and please please please fix promos, I'm very tired of getting to my FINAL promo match and getting a player who trolls or ints or ia juat sheer garbage.
