New Zilean passive

So Zilean is actually receiving an update to his 4+ year old passive. The new passive is called "Time in a Bottle" and it will allow Zilean to gift EXP that he stores over time to allies. It looks promising but it still bothers me that Zilean will not have an EXP at lv 18. Yeah, he can continue to gift EXP to non-lv 18 allies but once everyone is 18 Zilean will no longer have a passive. To remedy this, "Time in a Bottle" should transform at lv 18 into something.

My idea: "Time in a Bottle" gains a stasis mechanic where Zilean can put himself or allies into stasis when he stores enough "time." The stasis duration could be as short as 0.5sec. This fits Zilean thematically and further cements his role as a support mage who saves his allies. Moreover, Zilean will have an actual passive at lv 18 just like everyone else.

Passives being obsolete late game (full build or at level 18) isn't exactly a unique problem.

Xerath - Are you really going to wander into AA range to get some mana back? TwistedFate - That 1-6 extra gold per kill is sure helping your full build, isn't it? Draven - All the adoration, no use for the gold full build

Dunno, it seems great in that it'll allow your lane bullies to actually stay above the curve for once.

better than everyone getting exp.. its just rather than everyone passively like it use to be.. its more easily controlled so if they have to nerf.. it is as noticeable to the zilean player.
